We think that construction is as much about communication as it is about bricks and mortar. 

On the most basic level: We answer our cellphones.  Maybe this sounds like a no-brainer but until you have to deal with one of the many, many contractors who don't answer their phones, or don't return calls, you don't understand how important this basic requirement can be.  We like what we do, so we like to talk about it - on the phone, in the truck, on the site, in the AM, in the PM.....

We believe in using EVERY tool available to make communication happen between client, contractor, suppliers and subtrades.

There are many documents that are part of an initial agreement, and many more that may be generated as the project proceeds.  These can include insurance documents, Change Orders, Invoices, inspection documents, construction detail drawings, product specifications etc.

We make extensive use of email for exchanging information.  We are also organizing our website to provide access to all the documentation related to your project.  As soon as we post a document to the site, it becomes available to you for your immediate review and download if required.

If you are out of town, we can facilitate making the design process an online collaboration using Go To Meeting or other 3rd party online conferencing service.
