This smaller kitchen has an eating area in the same room.  The food preparation and eating area was entirely closed off from the main living space.

   

Major structural work allowed the kitchen to be opened to views into the rear garden.  A bar eating area allows for breakfasts and informal dining and entertaining.  Contemporary finishes include large format tile, Ceasarstone Quartz countertops and a mixed stone and glass mosiac tile backsplash.
